- Care and Usage: Knives and scissors are potentialy dangerous and should always be handled with care. Make sure your hands are dry when using. Before first use, remove all packaging with great care, then wash them in soapy water and dry carefully.
- Always use knife on a wooden or plastic cutting board to avoid blunting the blade. Knives require sharpening using a knife sharpener to maintatin the cutting edge. After sharpening always wipe clean before using.
- To avoid staining it is reccomended, to only handwash the knives, as prolong dishwasher use with harsh detegents and high temperatures may cause dulling and staining of blades. Never clean with steel wool, scouring powders, abrasive or lemon cleaners.
